What to Avoid

To preserve print quality and branding consistency, please avoid:

  • Thin paper stock
  • Screenshots of the PDF
  • Re-exporting the file through Canva or other apps
  • Resizing or editing the original PDF

These may reduce sharpness, color accuracy, overall print quality, and professional appearance.

Recommendation

Use a professional print vendor rather than home printing. Business cards use specific paper stock and print settings that home printers may not reproduce accurately, which can affect color quality, alignment, and overall presentation.

Most online print vendors offer a paper option similar to:

If your printing vendor uses different wording, select the closest equivalent.

  • The supplied PDF is the only approved file for printing and usage
  • Business cards should not be redesigned, recreated, reformatted, or reproduced in other applications
